This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which rental orders placed with Royal Rental Service may be cancelled. By placing an order or availing our rental services, the customer agrees to abide by the policy mentioned below.
Our cancellation guidelines are designed to ensure fairness for both the customer and the service provider, while maintaining service efficiency and operational clarity.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
Customers may request cancellation of their rental order before the product is dispatched. In such cases, cancellation approval will depend on the stage of order processing.
- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, no rental charges will be applied.
- Any advance amount paid may be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.
- Once delivery is scheduled or the product is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation After Delivery
Once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer, cancellation requests will be treated as early termination of the rental agreement.
- A minimum locking period of 3 months applies to all rentals.
- Cancellation requests made within the locking period will not be accepted.
- Rent paid for the locking period is non-refundable.
Notice Period for Cancellation
After completion of the minimum locking period, customers must provide at least one month prior notice for cancellation or return of rented items.
- Notice must be communicated via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional rental charges.
- Pickup will be scheduled based on availability after notice confirmation.
Security Deposit & Refund
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of booking to cover potential damages, misuse, or unpaid dues.
- Deposit refund will be processed after product inspection.
- Any damage, missing parts, or excessive wear may result in deductions.
- Refunds are processed after adjusting outstanding rent or service charges.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Cancellation during the locking period
- Damage caused due to misuse or negligence
- Missing accessories or parts
- Unpaid rent or pending dues
- Improper handover condition at the time of return
Company Rights
Royal Rental Service reserves the right to:
- Modify or update the cancellation policy at any time without prior notice
- Approve or reject cancellation requests based on individual case evaluation
- Recover dues through legal or operational means if required
