Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the rental services provided by Royal Rental Service. By renting any product from us, the customer agrees to comply with the terms mentioned below.

Rental Agreement

• All furniture and appliances are provided strictly on a rental basis only.
• Ownership of all rented items remains with Royal Rental Service.
• Products must not be sold, transferred, or sub-rented to any third party.

Locking Period

• The minimum locking period is 3 months.
• There is no maximum rental period.
• Early termination before the locking period is not allowed.

Security Deposit

• The security deposit amount is refundable.
• Deposit will be refunded after product pickup and inspection.
• Any damages or missing parts will be adjusted against the deposit.

Rent & Payments

• Monthly rent must be paid in advance.
• Rent amount is fixed and agreed at the time of booking.
• Late payment may result in service suspension.

Notice Period

• A minimum of one month prior notice is required before vacating.
• If the customer vacates without notice, one month’s rent will be deducted.

Maintenance & Repair

• Maintenance of electronic appliances is the responsibility of Royal Rental Service.
• Maintenance of non-electronic furniture is the customer’s responsibility.
• Repair of electronic appliances may take 8 to 10 working days.
• If repair exceeds 10 days, appliance rent for that period will be waived.

Transportation Charges

• Transportation charges are to be paid by the customer.
• Charges apply for delivery, pickup, partial return or product exchange.

Damage & Misuse

• Customer is responsible for damages caused due to misuse or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
• Repair or replacement costs for major damage will be recovered from the customer.

Termination of Service

Royal Rental Service reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment, misuse of products, or violation of these terms.
